To lead and execute the company’s digital marketing strategies across all online channels, ensuring consistent brand presence, engagement, and lead generation. The Digital Marketing Senior Specialist will oversee campaign planning, content management, analytics, and performance optimization to support business growth and brand positioning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement digital marketing plans aligned with the company’s overall marketing and business objectives.
  • Manage the digital marketing budget and ensure optimal ROI on paid campaigns.
  • Identify new trends, technologies, and opportunities to enhance digital presence.
Campaign Management
  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across Google Ads, social media, and email platforms.
  • Manage B2B and B2C digital initiatives, including lead generation, content distribution, and remarketing.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external agencies for creative development, ad placements, and media buying.
Analytics & Performance
  • Track and analyze digital campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Campaign Monitor, Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), or similar platforms.
  • Prepare monthly digital performance dashboards and actionable insights for management.
  • Conduct A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and audience segmentation for improved engagement and ROI.
Content & Website Management
  • Oversee content creation for website, email, and social media aligned with SEO best practices.
  • Manage website updates and optimization through CMS platforms (preferably Sitecore or WordPress).
  • Ensure digital content is brand-consistent, engaging, and optimized for user experience.
Social Media & Email Marketing
  • Manage and schedule content across company’s social media accounts using platforms such as Hootsuite, Sprinklr, or Meta Business Suite.
  • Develop, launch, and monitor email marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and performance targets.
  • Build and maintain CRM database integrity for targeted communications and remarketing.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, IT, and Corporate Communications.
  • Guide junior team members or interns in executing campaigns and reports.
  • Liaise with vendors, media partners, and influencers to maximize digital exposure.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a B2B or corporate environment.
  • Proven experience with CRM and automation platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Campaign Monitor, SFMC).
  • Strong understanding of SEO/SEM, Google Ads, Google Analytics, social media marketing, and email campaign tools.
  • Experience with website content management systems (Sitecore, WordPress, or similar).
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI for data analysis and reporting.
  • Certifications such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, or SFMC are a plus.
