About The Role

We are pleased to announce an exciting opportunity to join our Digital & Marketing team in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia as a Digital & Marketing Operations Coordinator.

This role involves planning and executing digital and marketing campaigns, handling operations tasks for all campaigns, B2B & B2C activities, to support key KPIs such as Revenue, Brand awareness, Corporate penetration, Digital Direct, and Loyalty. The coordinator will monitor daily campaign activities, ensure tracking and reporting to leadership in the Regions and Head Office.

Key Accountabilities

  • Support digital and marketing operations for assigned regions, providing localized insights such as language, market specifics, media landscape, and upcoming tools to ensure relevance.
  • Execute end-to-end B2B & B2C campaign briefs, including planning, budgeting, creative development, post-campaign analysis, and reporting.
  • Update key channel assets timely to display promotional offers, product propositions, and loyalty initiatives.
  • Generate regular reports to monitor marketing budget usage and ROI for assigned regions.
  • Maintain the campaign calendar, track budgets, and report to management.
  • Deliver performance reports using dashboards and tracking tools, enabling management to take informed actions.
  • Coordinate daily with regional teams and stakeholders across departments for smooth campaign execution.
  • Ensure all campaigns comply with Qatar Airways brand guidelines, including logo and color standards.
  • Perform additional duties as directed by the Head of Department.

To Be Successful In This Role You Will Need

  • Strong experience in marketing and digital fields.
