Job Description
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of hotel features, services, operation hours, function spaces, entertainment options, menus, floral decorations, and scheduled group activities.
- Prepare promotional press releases about hotel personalities and noteworthy events.
- Coordinate the production of posters, newsletters, flyers, and other printed materials for both staff and the public.
- Manage photography sessions for VIPs, shows, and events, including directing photographers.
- Update and monitor content on the hotel’s website and digital platforms.
- Handle administrative tasks within the Marketing & Communications department.
- Collaborate with other departments to organize guest lists and invitations for VIP events.
- Address client and media inquiries, requests, and complaints.
- Assist in hosting media events, press conferences, and related activities.
- Maintain and update media lists, press releases, and digital photo libraries.
- Analyze and evaluate the performance of marketing and promotional campaigns.
