Job Description
  1. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of hotel features, services, operation hours, function spaces, entertainment options, menus, floral decorations, and scheduled group activities.
  2. Prepare promotional press releases about hotel personalities and noteworthy events.
  3. Coordinate the production of posters, newsletters, flyers, and other printed materials for both staff and the public.
  4. Manage photography sessions for VIPs, shows, and events, including directing photographers.
  5. Update and monitor content on the hotel’s website and digital platforms.
  6. Handle administrative tasks within the Marketing & Communications department.
  7. Collaborate with other departments to organize guest lists and invitations for VIP events.
  8. Address client and media inquiries, requests, and complaints.
  9. Assist in hosting media events, press conferences, and related activities.
  10. Maintain and update media lists, press releases, and digital photo libraries.
  11. Analyze and evaluate the performance of marketing and promotional campaigns.
