We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing & Ads Manager to lead our online advertising across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and Snapchat. You will be responsible for planning, launching, and optimizing paid campaigns for our toy brand to drive awareness, engagement, and sales across platforms.

Plan and execute paid ad campaigns on Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat Ads Manager.

Monitor, test, and optimize audiences, creatives, and budgets.

Analyze performance metrics such as ROAS, CPM, CTR, and conversions.

Create and manage campaign funnels for awareness, retargeting, and conversions.

Coordinate with our content team for ad creatives (videos, motion, banners).

Implement A/B testing and audience segmentation.

Generate weekly and monthly ad performance reports.

Stay updated on ad platform trends and algorithm changes.

Job Specification:

Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager.

Proven experience in TikTok Ads and Snapchat Ads.

Deep understanding of audience targeting, pixel setup, lookalike audiences, and UTM tracking.

Ability to work with creative teams and suggest high-performing visuals.

Strong reporting and analysis skills (Excel, Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).

Bonus: Experience with Shopify, Amazon ads, or Google Ads.
