Job description

Responsibilities

• Client Collaboration:Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze requirements for Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions.
• Policy Development:Build policies, processes, and frameworks related to identity and access management, including identity lifecycle management and auditing permissions.
• Process Assessment:Conduct assessments of clients' existing IAM processes, systems, and controls to identify areas for improvement.
• Strategy Development:Work with clients to develop IAM strategies, architecture, and implementation plans.
• Requirements Definition:Define technical and business requirements for identity and access management solutions.
• Implementation Advisory:Advise on the implementation of new IAM features tailored to the specific environment.
• Stakeholder Liaison:Establish the link between the IAM team and business stakeholders, capturing evolving requirements and communicating the IAM program roadmap.
• Feature Deployment:Focus on the efficient deployment, roll-out, and transition of new features and versions of the IAM platform.
• Platform Customization:Configure and customize IGA and access management platforms to align with clients' business processes and security policies.
• Access Control Development:Develop and implement access control policies, roles, and entitlements to ensure appropriate access levels across systems and applications.
• Best Practices Guidance:Provide guidance on best practices for identity lifecycle management, access certification, role-based access control, and compliance reporting.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including security, IT, and compliance, to integrate IGA solutions into clients' environments.
• Training and Support:Provide training and support to clients' teams to facilitate the adoption and ongoing management of IGA solutions.
• Vendor Interaction:Interact with vendors and service providers to address contractual agreements related to the IAM platform.
• Reporting:Prepare updates and reports for management.

Qualifications

• Experience:Proven track record with 6+ years in IT services and information security.
• Identity Management:Minimum of 4 years of experience in identity and access management.
• IAM Systems Familiarity:Familiarity with identity and access management systems, including Microsoft AD, Azure AD, Intra ID, ADFS, MDM Intune, and Office 365.
• RBAC Knowledge:Familiarity with Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and role engineering.
• Consulting Experience:Prior consulting experience with excellent customer-facing skills is highly desirable.
• Team Player:Proven ability to work and contribute to a team-oriented environment.
• Multitasking Skills:Demonstrated multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Communication Skills:Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
