About the Role:

We are seeking a hands-on technical leader to drive our DevSecOps Platforms Engineering. This role involves leading the scope for building, maintaining, and evolving the core platforms, tools, and automation that enable our software development teams to build, test, secure, deploy, and operate their applications efficiently and reliably. You will champion DevOps and security best practices, driving automation and standardization across the software delivery lifecycle. You will serve as a technical leader for DevSecOps platforms, providing guidance and technical mentorship to engineering teams across the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship on DevSecOps platforms, guiding engineering teams across the organization.
• Define the strategy and roadmap for the DevSecOps toolchain and platform services.
• Drive the architecture, implementation, and adoption of automated build, test, security scanning, deployment, and monitoring solutions.
• Champion and implement infrastructure-as-code practices using tools like Terraform or Pulumi.
• Oversee the management and scaling of container orchestration platforms (Kubernetes, EKS, AKS, GKE).
• Implement and manage observability platforms (logging, metrics, tracing) like ELK Stack, Prometheus/Grafana, Datadog, etc.
• Integrate security best practices and automated security tooling (SAST, DAST, IAST, SCA) into the CI/CD lifecycle ("Sec" in DevSecOps).
• Collaborate with development, security, and operations teams to streamline the software delivery process and improve developer productivity.
• Ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of the DevSecOps platforms themselves.
• Foster a culture of automation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 6+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, infrastructure engineering, or software development with a focus on automation.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps), IaC (e.g., Terraform), containerization (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash).
