As we expand, we seek a highly skilled DevSecOps Architect to lead the design and implementation of secure software development practices. This role involves identifying and mitigating risks, collaborating with teams to integrate security controls, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. Key Responsibilities:

• Implement DevSecOps practices to embed security throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Automate security testing, monitoring, and compliance in CI/CD pipelines.
• Work with developers to identify and remediate vulnerabilities early.
• Promote secure coding practices and provide training to development teams.
• Monitor and respond to security incidents in cloud and on-premise environments.
• Manage and operate GitLab security, cloud security, IAM in cloud, and conduct risk assessments in sprints.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Cybersecurity; Master’s preferred.
• 5+ years in DevSecOps or related roles.
• Proficiency in programming/scripting languages (Python, Bash, JavaScript) and IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible).
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Preferred Certifications:

• Certified DevSecOps Professional (CDP) or equivalent.
• AWS Certified Security Specialty or Azure Security Engineer Associate.
