The Job in a Nutshell

Seeking an experienced and highly skilled Lead DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team. You will be crucial in designing, implementing, and maintaining infrastructure and deployment pipelines, ensuring scalability, security, and reliability of our solutions.

What You Will Do

• Design, deploy, and manage infrastructure for applications, ensuring high availability and performance using Infrastructure as Code.
• Build Zero touch CI/CD pipelines, collaborating with developers to meet requirements and deploying to Development, Staging, and Production environments.
• Monitor systems for stability, performance, and capacity, recommending improvements as needed.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to product performance and security.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance infrastructure.
• Drive continuous improvement and foster innovation and efficiency.

What Are We Looking For

• An experienced individual with keen attention to detail and a team-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in Public and Private Cloud technologies, scripting languages, and DevOps automation, especially with scalable CI/CD pipelines using Github Actions.
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-changing environment.
• Deep knowledge of security practices and encryption standards, particularly in blockchain applications.

Who Will Excel

• Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer in AWS / OCI, with strong understanding of CI/CD, GitOps, and protocols.
• Familiarity with version control (e.g., Git, Github Actions, Kustomize, Argo) and infrastructure as code tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, Bash, Python).
• Experience with Kubernetes, EKS, Lambda, Cloud Networking, Observability, Load Balancing, Proxy tools like NGINX, Traffic, API Gateway (KONG, AWS API GW), and Serverless applications.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and NoSQL databases such as MongoDB, DocumentDB, MySQL/Postgres, RDS, Aurora.
• Strong skills in observability tools like Prometheus/Grafana, ELK, Loki, and dashboard creation.
• Solid experience with backend development in PHP (Laravel, Symfony), with excellent troubleshooting skills.
• Effective communication skills and team collaboration abilities.
