Overview

We are seeking an experienced Development Manager on a 9–12 month contract to support multiple active developments. This is a hands-on role requiring a jack-of-all-trades profile, capable of managing several projects simultaneously and driving progress through the early stages of development.

The role will involve close collaboration with senior stakeholders and oversight of up to four concurrent developments, ensuring projects move efficiently from concept through approvals.
