Job Description:
We are currently seeking Designers for our project in Tabuk, KSA.
Key Responsibilities
- Consistently deliver successful solutions and high-quality work for the program on time.
- Learn new skills and stay updated on technical and design developments, applying these to improve processes and procedures.
- Participate in evaluation and technical assessments of tenders.
- Ideate and co-design collaboratively with peers and clients.
- Present creative work to internal and client stakeholders and serve as the creative go-to person.
- Own and manage projects with oversight from the program lead, ensuring delivery of creative output that meets standards of excellence.
- Share knowledge with teams and mentor mid/junior designers.
- Stay current with the latest design and technology trends.
- Achieve high client and team satisfaction.
Background, Skills & Qualifications
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the design and analysis of large, complex projects, including assets like museums, theatres, concert halls, and arenas.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills for conveying complex technical information to diverse audiences.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and time-management skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with design consultancies is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with adaptability to unforeseen challenges.
- Experience managing multiple projects within tight deadlines and budgets.
- Knowledge of construction practices and project management, preferably in an international context.
- Passion for sustainable design and contributing to NEOM The Line’s vision.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture from a renowned university.
- Professional license or membership is preferred.
