Job Description:

We are currently seeking Designers for our project in Tabuk, KSA.

Key Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver successful solutions and high-quality work for the program on time.
• Learn new skills and stay updated on technical and design developments, applying these to improve processes and procedures.
• Participate in evaluation and technical assessments of tenders.
• Ideate and co-design collaboratively with peers and clients.
• Present creative work to internal and client stakeholders and serve as the creative go-to person.
• Own and manage projects with oversight from the program lead, ensuring delivery of creative output that meets standards of excellence.
• Share knowledge with teams and mentor mid/junior designers.
• Stay current with the latest design and technology trends.
• Achieve high client and team satisfaction.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

• Minimum 10 years of experience in the design and analysis of large, complex projects, including assets like museums, theatres, concert halls, and arenas.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills for conveying complex technical information to diverse audiences.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and time-management skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with design consultancies is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with adaptability to unforeseen challenges.
• Experience managing multiple projects within tight deadlines and budgets.
• Knowledge of construction practices and project management, preferably in an international context.
• Passion for sustainable design and contributing to NEOM The Line’s vision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture from a renowned university.
• Professional license or membership is preferred.
