You will oversee the work of design engineers, ensuring that all designs are executed accurately and effectively throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design team in the development of reinforced concrete structures for various projects.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to define project requirements and design objectives.
• Ensure compliance with design codes, industry standards, and project specifications.
• Oversee the production of design documents, including calculations, drawings, and specifications.
• Coordinate with consultants and stakeholders to integrate design solutions with other project elements.
• Conduct design reviews and provide technical guidance to junior engineers.
• Address any design-related issues during construction and provide solutions as necessary.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
