Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the coordination between consultants, designers, and PMC
• Oversee architectural and interior design development from concept to execution
• Utilize AutoCAD to develop full sections, elevations, and internal space layouts
• Ensure design outputs align with master plan objectives and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with project and construction teams to ensure smooth handovers

Qualifications:

• 8–10 years of experience in large-scale mixed-use or city-scale projects
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and strong technical drawing skills
• Familiarity with design packages across retail, hospitality, or civic infrastructure
• PMP certification is highly preferred
