Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end design process for industrial and logistics / warehouse projects, ensuring compliance with client requirements, Saudi building codes, and international standards.
• Oversee the preparation, review, and coordination with all disciplines for the design drawings, calculations, and specifications.
• Provide technical leadership on Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) systems and other specialized industrial steel structures.
• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, external consultants, and project stakeholders to deliver fully integrated design solutions.
• Support value engineering, permitting, tendering, and construction phases with design-related input and clarifications.
• Monitor design progress, address technical issues, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality documentation.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture or civil engineering (Master’s degree preferred).
• 15 to 20 years of relevant experience, with a strong track record in KSA-based engineering design offices.
• Proven expertise in PEB structures, logistics hubs, warehouses,

• In-depth knowledge of Saudi codes and regulations, authority approval processes, and local design practices.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
