Job description

JASARA PMC is in search of a dedicated and talented Design Low Current Engineer to join our engineering team. In this role, you will design and develop low current systems that meet the requirements of various projects while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and design low current systems, including fire alarm, CCTV, access control, and public address systems.
  2. Prepare detailed technical specifications, drawings, and layouts for low current systems.
  3. Coordinate with other engineering disciplines and stakeholders to ensure integrated project delivery.
  4. Conduct calculations and simulations to determine the effectiveness of designs.
  5. Review contractor submissions and provide recommendations to ensure compliance with design specifications.
  6. Perform site inspections to verify installation quality and adherence to designs.
  7. Participate in testing and commissioning of low current systems to ensure operational integrity.
  8. Keep abreast of the latest technologies and advancements in low current systems.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in low current systems design.
  3. Proficient in AutoCAD and other design software.
  4. Strong understanding of low current systems, including fire alarm, CCTV, and access control systems.
  5. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
