We have an exciting opportunity for an energetic and enthusiastic individual for the Customer Solutions - Design team. The role involves performing transactional, high-volume tasks, providing engineering documentation, and ensuring high-quality outputs in line with service-level agreements. The candidate may develop specialization in areas such as layouts of standard products, minor local modifications, site surveys, or IT tools like CAD, BIM, or engineering workflow tools.
The responsibilities include IFC / Architectural & Structural drawing review, shop and tender drawing preparation, localization for elevators, escalators, and related components, revision based on customer feedback, and preparation of various detailed drawings (e.g., finishes, builder’s layouts, installation, as-built drawings). The role also involves resolving site issues, participating in customer meetings, and ensuring compliance with engineering policies, local codes, and standards. Providing high-quality stakeholder outputs, balancing workload, and representing KONE as a unified team are essential.
