The Director of Design Coordination will play a vital role within the City Design Integration team at NEOM, working directly under the Executive Director of City Design Integration. This role involves integrating various design packages to ensure they form a cohesive city aligned with NEOM's vision for THE LINE. The position requires coordinating efforts among client and consultant teams to ensure seamless integration of all design elements.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate closely with the Executive Director to ensure seamless integration of all design elements.
2. Serve as the main communication hub among different design teams, including urban realm designers, architects, engineers, and infrastructure specialists.
3. Lead resolution of design conflicts, ensuring a cohesive cityscape.
4. Coordinate with the broader client team to align processes, timelines, and deliverables.
5. Gather and analyze design information from internal and external stakeholders.
6. Review and provide feedback on design proposals to meet project goals for innovation, sustainability, and quality.
7. Assist in developing strategies for integrating new design ideas and technologies.
8. Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Candidate Profile:

• Extensive experience in architecture, urban planning, building engineering, or related fields, particularly in large-scale projects.
• Exceptional communication and coordination skills to unify diverse design teams.
