The Director of Design Coordination will play a crucial role within the City Design Integration team at NEOM, working directly under the Executive Director of City Design Integration. This position involves coordinating various design packages to ensure they form a cohesive city aligned with NEOM’s vision for THE LINE. You will coordinate efforts between client and consultant teams, ensuring all pieces fit together seamlessly.
What You'll Do:
- Work closely with the Executive Director to ensure seamless integration of all design elements.
- Act as the central communication hub among different design teams, including Urban Realm Designers, Architects, Engineers, and Infrastructure Designers.
- Lead efforts to resolve design conflicts, ensuring a cohesive cityscape.
- Coordinate with the wider client team to align processes, timelines, and deliverables.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze design information, ensuring aesthetic and functional harmony.
- Provide feedback on design proposals to meet innovation, sustainability, and quality goals.
- Support the development of strategies for integrating new design ideas and technologies.
- Foster a collaborative and creative work environment.

- A strong background in architecture, urban planning, or building engineering, with experience in large-scale projects.
