Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Design Manager in developing and implementing design projects from concept to execution.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants to ensure cohesive design integration across all disciplines.
• Conduct research on design trends, materials, and technologies to inform project development.
• Prepare design presentations and reports for stakeholders, synthesizing feedback and making relevant adjustments.
• Maintain project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and schedules, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Participate in design reviews, providing constructive feedback to enhance project outcomes.
• Support the coordination of workshops, meetings, and presentations with stakeholders.
• Assist in resolving design-related issues during the project lifecycle.

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in design roles, preferably within hospitality, real estate, or entertainment sectors.
• Strong knowledge of design principles and construction processes.
• Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
