Job Description

We are currently seeking a Deputy HSE Manager (Local).

Role Summary:

To achieve and maintain HSE excellence at the project level and support the implementation and maintenance of the Company’s IMS.

What You Will Need to Do:
  1. Plan, direct, monitor, and review the implementation of HSE programs and policies.
  2. Analyze HSE targets at the project level, define, develop, and ensure conformance to HSE objectives, policies, and procedures.
  3. Provide HSE leadership at the project level, acting as a technical expert, and maintain knowledge of specific requirements imposed by local governmental agencies, policies, procedures, and employer’s requirements.
  4. Evaluate compliance with local laws and regulations.
What You Will Need to Have:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or HSE-related field.
  • NEBOSH certification.
  • ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 or ISO 45001 lead auditor qualification.
  • 10 years of experience, including 2-3 years as Deputy HSE Manager in the construction industry.
  • Proficiency in English (written and oral).
