Collaborate with the ASM to define and implement sales strategies for the unit.
Ensure the execution of sales strategies to meet unit sales targets, including renewals and profitability goals and Net Gain.
Support the ASM in weekly sales meetings, providing insights and updates.
Identify potential clients and business opportunities through market prospecting.
Engage with high-profile clients and prospects through networking and public relation efforts.
Provide Tier 2 Key Account clients with a personalized after sales service through Account Management visits to upsell and renew end of term.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Evaluate client satisfaction reports through Customer Voice Count and Early Risk Assessments to ensure taking proactive corrective measures.
Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activity, and new opportunities to grow and expand Rentokil-Boecker offerings.
Address client concerns and challenges in a timely manner to ensure a positive customer experience.
Review and approve proposals from Sales Consultants and Senior Sales Consultants based on the approval matrix during the absence of the Area Sales Manager.
