Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Demi Chef de Partie specializing in Hot Kitchen to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will assist in the preparation and production of hot dishes under the supervision of the Chef de Partie.

Job Responsibility:

  1. Assist in the preparation of hot dishes according to the recipes and standards set by the Chef de Partie.
  2. Ensure the quality of food production and presentation meets the established standards.
  3. Monitor and maintain inventory levels of ingredients and supplies in the hot kitchen.
  4. Adhere to all sanitation and food safety regulations in the kitchen.

  1. Proven experience working as a Demi Chef de Partie or similar role in a professional kitchen.
