Role: Demi Chef de Partie

Location: Fraser Suites, Riyadh - Saudi Arabia

Frasers Hospitality is looking for a Demi Chef de Partie to join the team at Fraser Suites, Riyadh. As Demi Chef de Partie, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional culinary experiences within our hotel’s kitchen. Supporting the Chef de Partie and the wider kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality dishes while ensuring consistency and adherence to food safety standards. This role offers the opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on teamwork, standards, and guest experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide the highest quality of service to customers and employees, reflecting the company's philosophy.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and team spirit at all times.
  • Produce high-quality food and ensure junior chefs are competent in producing the same.
  • Assist in continuous training of junior chefs and maintain cleanliness in work areas.
  • Coordinate restaurant and banquet food production, ensuring high standards and correct timing.
  • Monitor food quality, presentation, and portion control to minimize waste.
  • Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene standards.
  • Train and motivate junior staff, evaluate their performance, and ensure a good team spirit.

Qualifications and Skills:

You have proven experience in a similar role with excellent communication skills. You are enthusiastic, passionate about food and customer experience, and enjoy working as part of a team that shares the same passion — to create memorable experiences for our guests. You possess a hands-on attitude, attention to detail, and experience working in professional kitchens.
