Job description

We are looking for a data-driven Demand Planner to join our Supply Chain team and play a key role in forecasting, planning, and enabling the successful launch and availability of our HB products across markets. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to turn market trends into actionable inventory strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze historical sales performance and future activity plans to identify demand variances and ensure accurate inventory planning across HB products.

Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product Development, Purchasing, and Production teams to plan and execute new product launches and promotional campaigns.

Lead monthly demand planning meetings to align forecasts with business objectives, especially during brand transitions and seasonal promotions.

Use statistical models and planning tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, or similar) to generate accurate forecasts and inventory targets.

Provide visibility on product availability, phase-outs, and their impact on timelines and sales performance.

Track and report forecast accuracy by region, market, and product line to drive continuous improvement.

Deliver regular performance dashboards and insights to internal stakeholders across supply chain and commercial functions.

Support strategic decision-making by integrating insights from sales trends, marketing initiatives, and market dynamics.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Industrial Engineering, or related field.

1–5 years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain analytics.

Proficiency in demand planning software and strong Excel/Power BI skills.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Experience working in cross-functional teams and a fast-paced environment.
