Who You'll Work With

You will be based in one of our two office locations, Riyadh or Jeddah.

Your Impact

You will own a small project or workstream within a larger project, developing functionally coordinated plans with specific initiatives and timelines.

You will actively manage client relationships during projects, supervising or collaborating closely with client teams to achieve project goals. You will be part of the project team on the ground, monitoring and evaluating performance and efficiency, and coaching less experienced team members.

You will aim to build client capabilities through continuous, on-the-job coaching to ensure sustained impact beyond the project. You will specialize in one or more service lines and become a subject matter expert in your chosen sector or function.

You will contribute to strengthening the firm's knowledge base by documenting learnings from projects and sharing your insights with your teams.

You will chart your own development journey by attending formal training programs, working with inspiring partners, and focusing on business areas you are passionate about.

Your Qualifications and Skills

• Undergraduate degree in business, economics, engineering, or a related field with an outstanding academic record
• 6+ years of experience in business/public sector, with a proven record of achievements and personal growth; international experience is a plus
• Experience in one or more key service offerings such as organizational development, transformational delivery, or productivity and performance improvement is advantageous
• Ability to manage and deliver small to medium-sized projects and/or manage small teams with budget responsibility
• Strong problem-solving and relationship-building skills, with a high level of client service commitment
• Ability to work collaboratively across all organizational levels
• Proven leadership, coaching, and team development skills
• Effective communication of complex ideas in English and Arabic
• Willingness to travel within the Kingdom
