Your Impact
You will lead and manage technology consulting engagements for financial services clients, including solution design and implementation, ensuring the delivery of high-quality technology solutions.
You will build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs and key technology decision-makers to understand their IT transformation needs, challenges, and strategic priorities.
You will develop and execute comprehensive technology roadmaps and digital transformation plans for financial services clients.
You will demonstrate problem-solving skills and a structured approach to identifying and solving complex technology problems, leveraging industry best practices and methodologies.
You will strengthen the firm's knowledge base by codifying learnings from projects and sharing knowledge with your teams.
You will chart your own development journey by attending formal training programs, working with inspiring partners, and focusing on your areas of passion.
Your Qualifications and Skills
- Undergraduate degree in information technology, engineering, physics, mathematics, or a related field, with an outstanding academic record
- 6+ years of private sector experience with a proven record of achievements and a drive for personal growth; international experience is a plus
- Experience in Financial Services, particularly in banking, insurance, wealth and asset management, or public finance
- Experience in technology and digital advisory and implementation, including driving core technology offerings such as IT transformation, digital transformation, enterprise architecture, and data transformation
- Strong understanding of both business and technical aspects of technology/digital transformations within financial services, enabling value-driven technology strategies
- Proven ability to define and implement digital and technology strategies aligned with clients' strategic goals and fostering digital innovation
- Extensive experience in transforming and implementing strategic initiatives within financial services organizations, including process re-engineering, technology adoption, and cultural change management
- Experience in organizational development, transformational delivery, and productivity improvement is a plus
- Ability to manage and deliver small to medium-sized projects and manage small teams with budget responsibilities
- Excellent problem-solving and relationship-building skills, with a high level of client service commitment
- Ability to work collaboratively across all organizational levels
- Proven leadership, coaching, and team development skills
- Effective communication skills in English and Arabic
- Willingness to travel
