Job Title: Delivery Manager – Infrastructure

Location: Khobar, KSA

Role Overview:

We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Delivery Manager – Infrastructure with a Mechanical Engineering background and over 10 years of experience in delivering complex infrastructure and building projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership capabilities, technical knowledge, and a proven track record in managing project delivery from planning through execution and handover.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the successful delivery of infrastructure and building projects, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, schedule, and quality standards.
• Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams including contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
• Oversee construction progress, resolve technical issues, and ensure compliance with regulatory and safety requirements.
• Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions to mitigate risks and delays.
• Establish and maintain strong communication channels with clients, authorities, and senior leadership.
• Ensure project documentation, reporting, and close-out procedures are properly executed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 10 years of experience in infrastructure and building construction.
• Proven expertise in leading multidisciplinary teams across the full project lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, project management processes, and engineering standards.
• Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

• PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
• Previous experience in large-scale real estate/ infrastructure projects in the GCC region is an advantage.
• Knowledge of relevant software/tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD).
