Key Responsibilities

You will assist financial institution clients' top management and field teams in building delivery capabilities and executing initiatives during active projects and beyond. You will be involved from strategy to execution as a manager of strategy implementation and impact creation.

You will manage projects with minimal supervision, track metrics, handle complex analyses, and prepare communications for clients and internal leadership.

Develop trust-based relationships with clients, deliver results as a strategy execution and impact specialist, and receive training to structure ambiguous problems, synthesize complex information, and work effectively with diverse teams to drive organizational change.

You will establish trust-based relationships, communicate effectively with all audiences including senior leaders, and develop your leadership style leveraging your passions, strengths, and values. You will also receive mentoring from senior colleagues to support your career growth.

Minimum Qualifications

• Undergraduate or master's degree in commerce, finance, business studies, operations, economics, or related fields, with an outstanding academic record
• 6+ years of project delivery experience in consulting for financial industries; international experience is a plus
• Demonstrated experience in Financial Services (banking, insurance, wealth and asset management, public finance)
• Strong understanding of business and technical aspects of digital transformations in financial services
• Experience in organizational development, transformational delivery, or productivity improvement is a plus
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills, with a high level of client service commitment
• Ability to work collaboratively and create an inclusive environment at all organizational levels
• Effective communication skills in English and Arabic
• Willingness to travel
