Job Summary:
We are looking for a Product Delivery Manager to lead customer onboarding, system integration, and project execution for our SaaS product. This role bridges technical expertise and project management to ensure smooth delivery by coordinating implementation efforts, managing project timelines, and aligning cross-functional teams to meet customer and business objectives. Responsibilities include managing customer engagements, timelines, mitigating risks, and aligning stakeholders, while also supporting API integrations, troubleshooting technical issues, and driving platform adoption. The ideal candidate combines strong technical and project management skills to ensure seamless and successful implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead customer onboarding and implementation efforts, ensuring seamless integration of the product.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, driving onboarding, integration, and adoption.
- Manage delivery timelines, risks, and dependencies, ensuring projects stay on track.
- Support API configurations and third-party system integrations, working with customer IT teams to ensure smooth data exchange.
- Develop and maintain technical and project documentation, including integration guides, best practices, and troubleshooting FAQs.
- Provide hands-on technical support, diagnosing and resolving integration issues to enhance the customer experience.
Customer Onboarding & Product Implementation:
- Lead the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and effective transition from sales to product usage.
- Collaborate with the customer to understand their needs, business goals, and use cases to tailor the onboarding process and configuration of the SaaS product to meet those needs.
- Work closely with the product team to ensure that product features and functionalities align with customer requirements and expectations.
- Coordinate and facilitate product demos, training sessions, and workshops to ensure customers are well-prepared to use the product effectively.
- Provide technical and functional support during the implementation phase, ensuring that any custom configurations, integrations, or setups are completed successfully.
Stakeholder Management & Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers during the onboarding process, maintaining clear and consistent communication to ensure transparency and manage expectations.
- Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Support teams to ensure seamless handoff and resolution of customer inquiries and issues.
- Work closely with the Product team to relay customer feedback, feature requests, and pain points to inform product development and improvements.
Project Management & Delivery:
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources for customer onboarding projects, ensuring that the implementation is completed on time and within scope.
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and milestones to measure the success of the onboarding process, customer satisfaction, and product adoption.
- Identify and mitigate risks that may impact the successful onboarding or implementation of the product, ensuring timely issue resolution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in product delivery, technical project management, or implementation management in a SaaS or enterprise environment.
- Strong understanding of API integrations, cloud-based platforms, and enterprise system configurations.
- Experience with project management, customer-facing, and stakeholder communication.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred:
- Experience with HSE practices and regulations.
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies in digital product development.
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
