Who You'll Work With

You will be based in Riyadh or Jeddah. You will work in teams to help clients build capabilities in delivery and execution, both during active projects and after our consultants have shared their recommendations.

Your Impact

You will manage diverse projects, from documentation to design and execution. You will track metrics, handle complex analysis, and create actionable roadmaps by refining workflows and processes aligned with global directives. Additionally, you will strengthen the firm's knowledge base by codifying learnings and sharing insights with your teams.

You will chart your own development journey through formal training, collaborating with inspiring partners, and focusing on your areas of passion.

Your Qualifications and Skills
  • Undergraduate degree in business, economics, engineering, or a related field with an outstanding academic record.
  • At least 2 years of experience in the business or public sector, with notable achievements and a drive for personal growth; international experience is a plus.
  • Proven ability to manage and deliver small to medium-sized projects.
  • Strong problem-solving and relationship-building skills, with a high level of client service commitment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in teams and across all organizational levels.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Effective communication skills in English and Arabic, capable of conveying complex ideas clearly.
  • Willingness to travel within the Kingdom.
