The Delivery CoE Manager manages the day-to-day operations, project delivery, and team performance within the Center of Excellence, ensuring high-quality, efficient, and innovative service delivery. Reporting to the Head of CoE, the role drives delivery excellence, resource management, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement
Experience & Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 8+ years in service delivery, project management, or systems integration, with leadership experience.
- Strong experience in Agile/DevOps practices, team management, and delivery governance.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Delivery CoE, ensuring service delivery is efficient, high-quality, and aligned with CoE strategies.
- Oversee staffing, resource allocation, skills development, and team performance across various technical disciplines (application development, system integration, cloud, platforms, etc.).
- Ensure adherence to delivery frameworks, best practices, and KPIs defined by the Head of CoE.
- Lead solution development, integration, and deployment projects across client engagements and internal initiatives.
- Implement Agile, DevOps, and quality management practices to drive delivery excellence.
- Manage project escalations, risks, and issue resolution in coordination with project managers and delivery leads.
- Establish and monitor KPIs, SLA compliance, delivery metrics, and operational health of the center
- Support innovation initiatives aligned with AI, automation, cloud services, and emerging technologies.
- Collaborate closely with the Head of CoE, technology units, and client representatives to align expectations and ensure delivery satisfaction.
Certifications (Good to Have):
- PMP, ITIL Expert, SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) Certification, or equivalent leadership certifications.
