Role

We are seeking a Delivery Account Manager to lead delivery execution and strategic account management for our Saudi accounts. This is a hybrid role combining technology delivery, delivery management, and account management. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable leading high-performing delivery teams, nurturing / expanding relationships and engaging CxO-level stakeholders to ensure our solutions deliver measurable business value. What You\'ll Be Doing (i.e., Job Responsibilities)
Technology & Delivery Management
  • End-to-end delivery ownership of multiple IT services engagements across application development, cloud, digital transformation, or managed services.
  • Define delivery roadmaps, set milestones, and ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Implement delivery governance frameworks, ensuring adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and quality standards.
  • Act as the escalation point for client delivery issues and drive quick resolution to maintain satisfaction.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Technology, Talent Acquisition, and Resource Management to ensure resource availability and utilization.
  • Ensure continuous improvement through regular process reviews, retrospectives, and adoption of best practices in delivery management.
  • Monitor account profitability, manage budgets, and control costs while delivering high value to clients.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop delivery teams to enhance technical capabilities, leadership skills, and overall performance.
Account Management
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders across strategic accounts.
  • Regularly engage with customers to understand their evolving needs, expectations, and satisfaction levels.
  • Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities within existing accounts, ensuring continuous business expansion.
  • Develop actionable strategies to increase revenue by aligning customer objectives with our service offerings.
  • Design and implement comprehensive account strategies for each strategic customer, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for account success, focusing on retention, satisfaction, and growth metrics.
  • Continuously track account health, utilizing tools like NPS, customer satisfaction scores, and churn analytics.
  • Provide monthly and quarterly performance reports, highlighting achievements, risks, and actionable recommendations.
  • Advocate for customer needs in internal strategy discussions, ensuring services evolve to meet market demands.
What We Look For In You (i.e., Job Requirements)
  • 15+ years of experience in IT Delivery Management, including at least 3 years in managerial role.
  • Strong experience working in Saudi / Middle East markets.
  • Strong track record in account management, stakeholder management, and customer relationships (especially with VP/CXO level stakeholders)
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in parallel.
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Expertise in influencing decisions to achieve the best outcome
  • Strong strategic thinking and commercial acumen—can spot opportunities and influence decision-making.
  • Experience in building, mentoring, and leading technology teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment with minimal supervision.
  • Passionate about driving innovation, adopting new technologies, and setting new industry standards
  • Excellent at cross-functional collaboration
