Job DescriptionLeading IMDAD Small & Regular Distribution Center operations in an effective and efficient manner in line with the safety, governmental standards, capitalizing on facility high technology & proper utilization of the DC resources.
AccountabilitiesDistribution Center Management:- Manage & ensure the compliance of the DC operations with the governmental authorities, management system, safety, NMC standards and other requirements to ensure the business sustainability and continuity.
- Maintains a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures.
- Responsible for driving excellence & efficiency across DC operations through sustainable success & exceeding stakeholders’ expectations for cost, schedule, and quality.
- Accountable to achieve peak efficiency by managing & planning DC resources & capabilities i.e. automation, machinery, technology, infrastructure, manpower, space…. etc.
- Working with Logistics Operations top management in developing the departments business strategies nationwide.
- Partner & supports the DIM, Commercial, Distribution & IT teams to ensure efficient order processing & delivery.
- Responsible to review, analyze, develop actionable plans for productivity & loss prevention & address them on regular basis to Supply Chain VP & Director.
- Responsible for IMDAD DC Operations continuous improvement & problem resolution through preparing root cause analysis & leading improvement projects/events.
- Accountable for Overall Automation system reliability & availability by leading the integration between IMDAD DC Operations and technical Teams.
- Responsible for ensuring inventory control by conducting regular audits to ensure stock accuracy & custody compliance.
- Responsible to improve DC order accuracy & adherence to SOPs.
- Leading the team to achieve the Departmental financial targets through enhancing the unit cost.
- Manage IMDAD DC budget spending to ensure compliance through leading the budget issuance, monitor & control.
Supply Chain Innovation:- Responsible for the automation system capacity to control flow of work through the overall system (daily volume plan by sub-system) to meet/exceed well-defined service level agreements (SLA).
- Owning, managing, and planning Automation system capacity and all relative parameterization to achieve peak efficiency.
- Lead the communication with SSI Schaefer to maximize ROI by maximizing & maintaining Overall Automation system & applied technology.
- Responsible for execution of all system upgrades and material handling equipment (MHE) implementations and support.
Team Management:- Leading 220+ strong workforce to perform day-to-day DC Operations.
- Manage the performance of the assigned team through monitoring the KPIs achievement, coaching, following up any obstacles, provide performance feedback and conversations & develop action plans when needed to ensure operations are running smoothly.
- Conducts daily Operations meetings at the DC to assure shift objectives are being met, keeping DC Managers and Supervisors informed of priorities.
- Manage the manpower of the assigned DCs through coordinating the workload between shifts and departments to maintain an uninterrupted flow of work.

- Working Hours : 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Job RequirementEducation:- BSc Degree
Experience:- 6+ Years of Experience
- Previous Proven experience in Automation Systems.
Computer Skills:- MS Office Suite
- Warehouse management Systems preferably Oracle
- Warehouse Automation System (WAMAS)
- Familiar Statistical Software User
Language:- English
