Position Title: AI & Data Science Delivery

Job Level : Data Scientist

Reports to: AI & Data Science Delivery Executive Manager

JOB PURPOSE :

Provides support in using advanced analytics to provide insights, automate business actions (especially Retail NBO management), and improve the speed and quality of decisions across the Business verticals. Coordinates AI and Advanced Analytics solutions that address strategic opportunities and/or challenges. Must lead multiple analytics projects simultaneously.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & DETAILED TASKS

Strategy

• Sets value realization KPIs in alignment with business stakeholders and Strategy Team.

Collaboration

• Solicits and scopes proposed AI & Analytics use cases in coordination with business/support teams.

MIS Reporting

• Monitors ROI and reports value realization KPIs during pilot and post-production solutions.

Knowledge and Opportunity

• Performs prototyping and delivers AI & Analytics solutions and Pricing Models.
• Investigates AI/Analytics methodologies, technologies, and frameworks.
• Supports team members in ideation and implementation of AI & Analytics solutions for Pricing Projects.

Management

• Manages pipeline, prioritization, and delivery of AI and Analytics solutions.

Policies, Processes & Procedures

• Implements approved policies, processes, and procedures.
• Provides instructions to subordinates and monitors adherence.

Anti-fraud prevention

• Ensures compliance with regulations and control functions related to Governance, Audit, Risk, Compliance, and Anti-Fraud matters.

FRAMEWORKS, BOUNDARIES, & DECISION MAKING AUTHORITY :

Works according to established bank strategies and guidelines, under top management direction, exercising delegated authority within business objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS :

Minimum Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree (Master's/Advanced degree preferred) in computer science, engineering, statistics, psychology, math, economics, or other quantitative sciences.

Minimum Experience :

• 5+ years of experience in AI and Data, preferably in banking or Pricing Projects.
