Responsibilities

1. Ensure data processing of personal identifiable information or critical data is protected and disposed of when necessary.
2. Ensure consent management is integrated within the data processing lifecycle.
3. Monitor and enforce compliance with local and international data protection regulations such as GDPR.
4. Develop data protection policies and conduct periodic data protection impact assessments.
5. Educate employees on responsibilities regarding data processing.
6. Act as the point of contact and advisor for issues arising during or after the data processing lifecycle.
7. Liaise with legal advisors and enforce contractors to comply with data protection and privacy requirements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with Data Security tools and knowledge of Data Privacy regulations.
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance, internal audit concepts, standards, and processes.
• Certifications such as CDPSE (Certified Data Privacy Solutions Engineer) or other relevant Data & Privacy certifications.
• Experience with Database Security tools (e.g., Imperva, IBM Guardium).
