Data Protection Officer

Job Objective

To ensure the protection of the JCSA data, compliance with NDMO, PDPL and NCA requirements and the implementation of the data protection policies.

Primary Roles and Responsibilities

Operational

1. Develop and enforce data protection policies
2. Align with PDPL
3. Monitor data access and usage to ensure compliance
4. Manage data breaches and related incidents effectively
5. Collaborate with the DMO team to establish the DMO policies and procedures

Other Related Assignments

Provide PDPL compliance training for JCSA employees

Job Requirements

Required Education

1. Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science or a related field
2. CDMP Certification
3. Related courses

Required Years of Experience

3-5 Years
