Must-Have Skills:

• 7+ years of experience in data product management or analytics platform, preferably in the financial or banking sector.
• Deep understanding of data platforms, analytics tools, data governance, and data architecture within a banking context.
• Experience with big data infrastructure & pipeline engineering (Hadoop, Spark, Nifi, Kafka, Hive, Impala, data lake, data warehouse).
• Advanced knowledge of data modeling & architecture design (logical & physical models, data flow optimization, business alignment).
• Experience with User-Centric Product Design (User Research, Journey Mapping, Testing Feedback Integration).

Nice to Have:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, Finance, or a related field.
• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO).
• Product Management certifications (e.g., AIPMM).
