Makkah Clock Royal Tower, A Fairmont Hotel, is located only a few steps away from the Masjid Al Haram and the Holy Ka’aba. Job Description
Summary of Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Front Office Supervisor, responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Managing the hotel database and recording all necessary guest information into the main system.
  • Recording all required information in the official logs (Police Log).
  • Tracking and registering all passports of special nationalities according to country laws.
  • Maintaining a secure area for guests' passports until returned to their owners.
  • Registering all groups in the police record file according to their arrival and departure times.
  • Filing and storing registration cards for all guests in chronological and alphabetical order.
  • Printing daily arrival and departure reports to facilitate guest check-in and check-out with police records.

Collaborating closely with the security department and police authorities to provide any requested information.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in English (verbal and written); second language is an asset.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Windows applications is an asset.
  • Ability to type at least 25 words per minute.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
