Overview

A core processing role focused on end-to-end record handling. You’ll intake information, process it accurately, and support admin follow-through so tasks close cleanly.

Responsibilities
  • Process records end-to-end: intake → entry → verification → filing
  • Standardize fields and ensure quality before submission
  • Maintain confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive data
  • Support admin follow-ups, confirmations, and documentation
  • Communicate quickly when information is missing or unclear
  • Client Relationship & Account Ownership: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned venues and hospitality clients (event managers, banquet captains, F&B directors, catering managers, restaurant GMs)
