Job Description:

Objective:

To ensure the accurate and timely entry of maintenance and technical data into flyadeal’s maintenance management system (AMOS), supporting documentation compliance, traceability, and regulatory oversight of all maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately enter aircraft maintenance and technical records into the AMOS system.
  • Verify the completeness and correctness of maintenance documents and work packages prior to data entry.
  • Ensure timely recording of maintenance activities to support operational continuity and regulatory compliance.
  • Maintain organized digital and physical records for traceability and audit purposes.
  • Coordinate with maintenance, engineering, and quality teams to resolve any discrepancies in documentation.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing requested documentation and data reports.
  • Assist in tracking component lifecycles, service bulletins, and airworthiness directives as recorded in the system.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and integrity of technical records.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Diploma or certificate in aviation, engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Previous experience in aircraft maintenance data entry or technical records management (preferred).
  • Familiarity with AMOS or other aviation maintenance management systems is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
  • Good organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and technical English (written and reading).
