Denodo is always looking for technical, passionate people to join our Customer Success team. We want a professional who will travel, consult, develop, train and troubleshoot to enhance our clients’ journey around Data Virtualization.

Your mission : to help people realize their full potential through accelerated adoption and productive use of Denodo solutions.

In this role, you will employ a combination of high technical expertise and client management skills to conduct on-site and off-site consulting, product implementation, and solutions development in both short and long-term engagements. You will be a critical point of contact among Denodo, partners, and client teams.

Job Responsibilities & Duties

1. Obtain and maintain strong knowledge of the Denodo Platform, deliver technical pitches, and explain key features, benefits, services, differentiation, and positioning.
2. Continuously learn about new technologies and maintain an overview of modern tech trends.
3. Address technical questions regarding customization, integration, enterprise architecture, and product features.
4. Build and lead the development of custom deployments based on client requirements.
5. Provide feedback to Product Management, Sales, Support, and Development regarding client needs and issues.
6. Train and engage clients in the product architecture, configuration, and use of the Denodo Platform.
7. Promote best practices, manage deliverables, and set client expectations.
8. Establish credibility and build problem-solving partnerships with clients, partners, and colleagues.
9. Offer technical consulting, training, and support services.
10. Develop white papers, presentations, and training materials on relevant topics.

Desired Skills & Experience

1. BSc or higher in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
2. Demonstrated experience as a Data Engineer or similar role, preferably in data management or analytics software.
3. Strong understanding of SQL, relational, and analytical database management theories.
4. Experience in Java software development, especially in web and database domains.
5. Good knowledge of JDBC, XML, and Web Services APIs.
6. Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
7. Active listening skills.
8. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
9. Curiosity and eagerness to learn new things.
10. Creativity and ability to develop innovative solutions.
11. Team-oriented with a positive attitude.

Non-Mandatory Skills (Nice to have)

• Experience with GIT or other version control systems.
• Experience with Big Data and NoSQL environments like Hadoop or MongoDB.
• Knowledge of caching technologies such as JCS.
• Experience with Windows, Linux, or UNIX server environments.
• Background in business software implementation and integration (ETL, Data Warehousing, etc.).
• Experience integrating with packaged applications like SAP, Oracle, etc.
• Industry experience supporting mission-critical software.
• Experience in customer meetings and technical documentation writing.
