We are hiring Data Center Technicians for our Infrastructure Operations team. These technicians troubleshoot and resolve issues related to hardware, fiber, networking, and other infrastructure components. You will oversee the operation and maintenance of IT infrastructure in AWS data centers, developing troubleshooting skills across hardware and software.

Your responsibilities include diagnosing hardware and network issues, performing repairs, conducting root cause analyses, and handling physical equipment (lifting may be required).

Key responsibilities include:

• Safety: Uphold and promote a safety-first culture, owning safety initiatives.
• Data Center Operations: Diagnose and repair hardware and network problems, troubleshoot within SLAs, and analyze equipment failures.
