Job summary

Searce Inc in Riyadh invites a Solutions Architect - Data Engineering (Mid-Senior) to lead design, execution and real-world impact of AI-powered data transformations. You will own end-to-end data platforms, drive technical strategy, and partner with client stakeholders to deliver production-grade pipelines that turn chaotic data into actionable intelligence.

This role requires hands-on architectural leadership and deep collaboration with hyperscalers.

You'll be a Directly Responsible Individual (DRI) for co-innovating and technically realizing transformative business outcomes with client stakeholders by solving differently and relentlessly questioning the status quo. • Leverage and deepen technical alliances with hyperscalers (GCP/AWS/Azure), modern data stack ISVs, and AI platforms to unlock cutting-edge pipeline and storage capabilities.
• Consult & Solve as the lead technical voice in strategic client conversations, translating ambiguous business problems into elegant, high-velocity data engineering solutions.
• Lead engaging discovery workshops using first-principles thinking to uncover core client problems amenable to AI-powered data architectures.
