Data & AI Account Manager

Job Scope

We are looking for a driven and ambitiousIT Sales Representative / Account Managerwith 1–3 years of experience in IT sales, preferably from abusiness development or lead generation background, who is eager to advance in their sales career. The ideal candidate should have ahunter mentality, a strong passion for technology, and a desire to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment focused onData, AI, and digital transformation solutions




Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Prospect and developnew business opportunities across the assigned territory or vertical

  • Manage and growexisting client accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and identifying upselling/cross-selling opportunities

  • Work closely with presales, delivery, and vendor teams to buildtailored proposals and solutions

  • Drive the fullsales cyclefrom lead qualification to closure, including commercial negotiations

  • Maintain an accuratesales pipelineand update CRM (e.g., Salesforce) with qualified opportunities

  • Collaborate with marketing and inside sales teams oncampaigns and lead follow-ups

  • Understand client pain points and communicate how Magnoos’Data, AI, and software solutionscan address them

  • Participate inpartner/vendor events, client meetings, and industry forums to generate new leads

  • Achieve and exceed quarterlysales targets and KPIs

  • Promote the company and its services within the Region.



Position Requirements

  • Prior experience in aSystem Integrator or Software Vendoris highly preferred

  • Familiarity with sellingsoftware solutions, professional services, or managed services

  • Good understanding of thesales cycle, forecasting, and pipeline management

  • Demonstrated ability togenerate and qualify leads

  • Excellent communication andpresentation skills

  • Self-motivated, energetic, and goal-oriented with ahunter mindset

  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills



Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales or any other related field.
