• Oversee the delivery of diverse data solutions tailored to meet the unique and varied needs of our clients
• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of software projects ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with top technology vendors to ensure access to leading-edge tools and platforms.
• Manage and coordinate data teams across multiple countries, ensuring alignment, collaboration, and consistent delivery of high-quality results.
• Assess and manage team capacity to ensure optimal resource allocation.
• Identify skill gaps and implement training programs to build team capabilities.
• Promote continuous learning and professional development while setting performance objectives and coaching team members.
• Implement agile methodologies to enhance project efficiency and adaptability.
• Provide technical guidance across key data practices, including: Data integration, quality, and governance.
