Job Description

To lead and manage data analytics and budgeting functions across the organization by providing strategic insights, accurate forecasting, and actionable reports that drive informed decision-making. This role ensures the integration of advanced data analysis techniques and robust financial planning to support business growth, operational efficiency, and alignment with ART objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and execution of data-driven marketing analytics strategies to evaluate the performance and impact of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Manage the full marketing budgeting cycle, including budget allocation, forecasting, tracking actual spending, and analyzing variances.
  • Oversee the creation and automation of marketing dashboards and performance reports (e.g., ROI, conversion, reach) to support strategic marketing decisions.
  • Collaborate closely with finance and product teams to ensure budget alignment with marketing goals and business priorities.
  • Analyze campaign performance data to determine success metrics, identify optimization opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Monitor key marketing KPIs and develop models to measure customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and overall marketing effectiveness.
  • Lead efforts in marketing data governance, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations and ARTstandards.
  • Coach and mentor junior analysts on marketing analytics tools, techniques, and budget planning best practices.
