Job description

Role Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven Data Analyst to join our transformation team. This role is integral to supporting finance and shared services transformation projects by delivering meaningful data insights, performance analysis, and actionable recommendations.

As a member of the transformation delivery team, you will work closely with clients to turn complex datasets into clear insights that accelerate decision-making and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform data analysis to support transformation efforts within Finance and Shared Services functions
• Develop dashboards, reports, and visualisations to track KPIs and programme progress
• Extract and analyse data from ERP systems and operational platforms
• Translate analytical findings into insights that inform process improvement and strategic decisions
• Collaborate with transformation leads to identify and prioritise opportunities for optimisation
• Support the development of business cases and cost-benefit analyses for transformation initiatives
• Maintain data integrity and ensure consistency across reporting tools

Required Experience & Skills:

• 3 - 6 years of experience in data analytics, preferably in finance transformation or consulting settings
• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, SQL, and other business intelligence tools
• Experience working with financial data (P&L, cost centres, OPEX analysis, etc.)
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to communicate findings clearly to stakeholders
• Experience supporting finance and shared services transformation projects highly desirable
• Willingness to be based in Saudi Arabia for extended duration.
