Job Description

Role Purpose

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software or MIS.
• 2-4 years of experience as a business data analyst and data analyst.
• Proven experience to collect reporting requirements.
• Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques
• Strong knowledge of and experience with reporting packages (OBIEE, Power BI etc.), databases (SQL etc.), programming (XML, JavaScript, or ETL frameworks)
• Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analysing datasets (Excel, SPSS, SAS etc.)

Responsibilities:

• Ability to work closely with business units to build reporting requirement.
• Acquire & Manipulate data from AI&DM Platform to build business reporting requirements
• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
• Filter and “clean” complex data based on business reporting requirements
• Locate and define new process improvement opportunities

Reporting:

• Number of new Ad-Hoc requests (received during the month).
• Number of delivered Ad-Hoc requests.
• Number of pending Ad-Hoc requests (with unit/business).
• Number of automated Ad-Hoc requests.
