Job description

Job Purpose / Objective:

Perform data analysis techniques to analyze information/data and find meaningful results to identify facts and trends. The Data Analyst will collaborate with department heads/staff to produce reports that provide valuable insights, supporting continuous business improvements in practices, products, and services.

Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities :

1. Perform data analysis using statistical techniques to ensure accuracy.
2. Prepare queries to extract research data sets from complex databases.
3. Serve as a resource for problem identification, resolution, loss reporting, and continuous improvement.
4. Research and analyze information using multiple databases and generate reports of data and results.
5. Manage incident/feedback processes, providing support and advice as needed.
6. Prepare and submit various reports.
7. Participate in person-centered care initiatives undertaken by HMG.
8. Enhance patient experience with compassion, respect, and dignity.
9. Perform other relevant tasks as assigned within the scope of knowledge, skills, and abilities.

Job Specifications:

Educational and Professional Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce or a relevant field.

Professional Experience:

• 1–3 years of Data Analyst experience.
