Job Description

1. Provide secretarial and administrative support to the GSEC and/or Function for the typing, preparation, and compilation of reports and proposals.
2. Develop and maintain the filing system for the company.
3. Prepare the stationary request and ensure regular availability of stationary.
4. Follow-up on the issued and pending invoices, expenses, advances and other related minor accounting issues and communicate to the Finance Function for approval.
5. Maintain and update a telephone list of the technical staff’s numbers and allocate them whenever needed.
6. Undertake all the logistics to facilitate the transportation of the technical staff to the customer site.
7. Undertake the assigned call handling duties (as described in the Call Handler’s job description).
8. Handle travel logistics for GSEC team members.
9. Submit required reports regularly and per request.
10. Order Entry and Follow-up on Company Systems.
11. Liaise between GSEC and other GS Support Functions.
12. Respond to client inquiries, referring them to the appropriate concerned person.
13. Give immediate feedback for the assigned tasks results.
14. Send/Receive faxes and other external communications.

Technical Skills

• Full-time position.
• Experience in data review and analysis, report preparation, and error checking.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (advanced level).
• Strong communication skills and professionalism in workplace interactions.
• Fluent in both Arabic and English.
• Experience in using tablets and computers.
• Open to both male and female candidates.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or Business Administration.
