We’re looking for a skilled Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. Data Analyst is responsible for evaluating proposed locations and associated commercial units by analyzing geographic, commercial, and demographic data.

Responsibilities

️Analyze proposed locations for new locations and assess their commercial viability

️Study demographic data, traffic flow, and surrounding areas to evaluate commercial attractiveness

️Provide accurate, data-driven recommendations on the most suitable type of business for each unit

️Design reports and interactive dashboards to support leasing and investment decisions

️Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs

️Monitor tenant performance post-contract and compare results against initial assumptions

️Collaborate with marketing, leasing, and investment teams to maximize site potential and achieve optimal returns

Qualifications

️ 2–4 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in real estate development
